Went to animarathon on saturday. It was a ton of fun. I debuted my Russia cosplay, and met a bunch of other Hetalia cosplayers.
As for my cons for the rest of the year... I really don't know whats gonna happen, since i don't have my job at school anymore, i don't have any income at all.
I was planing on anime punch earlier in the year, but i'm not going to be able to afford to go, and neither is the rest of my group. So that's out.
We all want to go to colossal, and i'd love to go to that con, i haven't been since 2007, and it was still in cleveland.
Also not sure whats gonna go down for Ikasu. It kinda sucked really bad last year. Me

Cons and Cosplays

Well, it's been a while, so i'm gonna update my journal.
For cons, for the rest of the year, i'm only looking at one con, which is youmacon on halloween weekend. I've got money for reg, but i'm gonna hold off reging until i know i'll have money to pay for hotel. I should know with in the next two weeks if i'll be going to that one for sure, but i'm really hoping i am. *crosses fingers*
Then for 2010, i've got quite a few lined up. I'll be putting money away little by little to help fund these though the rest of this year lol, though christmas/my birthday are going to be funding ohayocon.

Mayhaps i'll be actually posting more things in the weeks to come :D I'm starting to work with sculpey, and making some hats, so i'll be posting those, and soon i'm going to start drawing again, with some friends so we can motivate each other and practice lol.

I dont mean to be a creeper, but I stumbled upon you and KiRaToYa's Dean and Leviathan!Cas cosplay pictures and I wanted to ask you a question.
I'm planning a Dean cosplay myself and am stuck in trying to find a wig with the right style as well as color. Did you happen to be wearing a wig in those pictures and if you were, would you mind telling me where you got it? It looks just perfect in those shots.

it's nearly perfect right out of the bag, the bangs just need to be trimmed a bit. other then that, it's styled perfectly!

sadly i already have gotten a wig that was painstakingly and beautifully cut by a dear friend, so i'm not going to be giving it up any time soon. 
but your wig is such a convincing short style that i'm totally bookmarking that site for any future cosplays. i dont want to solely rely on him to style my wigs, so the least i need to trim the better!
